Maybe it's just me...

First of all, let me state, that this post is based solely on my own opinion and nothing more. I haven't had time to read up on Sarah Palin or John McCain's decision to choose her.

That being said...

Maybe it's just me, but it seems to me that John McCain's choice in running mate is a ploy. It looks like he chose a woman because he saw Hilary Clinton's supporters people who would switch sides based on the gender of the Vice Presidential Candidate. I'd like to think that Hilary Clinton's supporters (of which I was not one) have more brains than that.

The Parents' Kitchen Update

If you are following my 3-6-5 blog, you'll remember that, at the beginning of the year, I said I'd document my parents kitchen remodel.  I've posted a few photos on that blog, and I will post the finished product there (next week sometime), but for now I thought I'd post an update here.

It is almost done, as my Dad would say, "So close, yet so far away."

I'm Shocked...

I am nerdier than 2% of all people. Are you a nerd? Click here to find out!

This funny little quiz was on Emily's blog, and to be honest with you I thought I'd score MUCH higher.

It's probably a mistake.

LOST in 8 minutes 15 seconds

Lost starts tonight! I can't wait...hopefully it won't go the way of Alias. That would be bad. :-)

Tribute to the late LDS President Hinckley

I don't usually agree with Glen Beck, but in this case I do.

We should all take a page out of Gordon B. Hinkley's life, and stand for something.
